Reside Rentals was created out of necessity, not a pipe dream. After acquiring over 300 rental units as a group across Lubbock and West Texas, we were constantly frustrated with unnecessary vacancy, capex overages, slow communication, and convoluted accounting reports. That’s when we decided to pool our efforts together to launch Reside Rentals.

We always wished a property management company would do it different, do it better, so we launched our own.

10% Monthly Management Fee
Rent collection, 24/7 maintenance, utility billing, owner distributions, monthly owner reporting

50% Leasing Fee
After we've moved in your new tenant, we'll collect 50% of the 2nd month's rent to pay our leasing agents.

25% Renewal Fee
We don’t like vacancy any more than you do! Our 25% leasing fee incentivises you as the owner for us keeping strong tenants in your property.
